Overview
The City of Calgary engaged Comtech to provide technical integration and managed support services for Sunwave Crossfire Distributed Antenna System (DAS) infrastructure at the Pine Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility and Glenmore Water Treatment Facility.
The project included the transition of existing Sunwave DAS infrastructure from TELUS to Rogers services, along with hardware relocation, cable terminations, system commissioning, testing, hardware sparing requirements, firmware updates, and communications system integration. Comtech also provided support for infrastructure modifications and facility expansion requirements as part of the ongoing engagement.
Comtech continues to provide maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and technical support services to assist with the operation and management of the DAS infrastructure at both facilities.
