Who we are looking for:
A Crew Foreman who can be responsible for supervising a crew of Communication Technicians while on site and contributing to the design and implementation of communication systems. In addition, performing installation and servicing of equipment while climbing towers and construction at heights of up to 500 feet; antenna installations and alignment, radio and networking equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, installation and configuration of telecommunication hardware, and fiber termination and splicing.


  • Directing, reporting, and accounting for the workflow of Communication Technicians on site
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of communication systems
  • Ensuring the effective execution in alignment and scope of services as detailed by the customer
  • Performing quality assurance in accordance with industry standards
  • Performing the installation and servicing of telecommunications equipment
  • Tower climbing, servicing, and construction at heights of up to 500 feet
  • Antenna installations and alignment
  • Configuration of telecommunication hardware
  • Fiber termination and splicing
  • Apply analytical skills to resolve problems and deliver viable solutions
  • Estimation, site walks, project planning sessions, and client meetings may be required


  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on and constructing communication towers & infrastructure
  • Experience in Telecommunications industry
  • Able and willing to work out of town
  • Management and construction experience is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in a technology related program
  • Able and willing to work out of town
  • Able and willing to work at heights of up to 500 feet
  • Able to work regular shifts of up to 12 hours (or more in special circumstances)
